Prime supporters Russell Ivanovic and Philip Simpson will stay responsible for the Pocket Casts group. It appears Automattic is now contemplating methods of joining the multi-stage application into its contributing to a blog apparatus.

"As a component of Automattic, Pocket Casts will keep on furnishing you with the highlights expected to partake in your most loved web recordings (or discover something new)," a WordPress.com blog entry states. "We will investigate fabricating profound reconciliations with WordPress.com and Pocket Casts, making it simpler to convey and pay attention to web recordings."

The two online journals and web recordings use RSS channels for appropriation, so incorporating the two stages bodes well. Recently, Spotify-claimed Anchor collaborated with WordPress.com to transform composed material into webcasts by means of text-to-discourse tech. It'll be fascinating to perceive how the Pocket Casts bargain factors into that organization, if by any stretch of the imagination.
